Spirits industry expert Manuel Arce joins Nimbility

We are extremely pleased to announce that Manuel Arce will be coming on board the Nimbility team as our Director of Spirits for Asia-Pacific starting in February 2020.  

Manuel has been in Asia for the last 12 years, with roles as Commercial Manager for the spirits and mixers category at Summergate Greater China for 6 years, and previously as Sales and Marketing Director with other wine and spirits distributors including China Wines & Spirits (CWS).

With a focus on bringing premium and innovative brands into the market, he led the launching of brands like Monkey 47 Gin in 2012 in China, the long-awaited release of the Fever-Tree Mixers range in China in 2018, and the creation of unique regional release of Teeling Irish Whiskey Silk Road Collection, the first whiskey finished in Chinese wine cask.

He has been active in the industry as organizer and judge of the Marriott Liquid Masters Competition in Greater China, winner of the Bartender’s Brand of the year with Fernet Branca at the Drinks Magazine Bar Awards (DMBA) in 2016, and the popular Cooking with Fernet soirees amongst others.
