Château d’Estoublon Partners with Nimbility to Build APAC Markets

Esteemed Provence estate Château d’Estoublon has partnered with Nimbility to build their presence, visibility and reputation of their exceptional quality wines and luxury olive oils across APAC. Securing the right import and distribution partners across the region will be Nimbility’s primary task, followed closely by working with these selected partners to develop brand strategy and supporting them with the implementation of activations to create appeal and develop consumer image and consumer franchise for the brand. Initial fortress markets to develop will be Australia, Greater China and Japan, as well as South Korea and Singapore. 

The past few years have seen the development of Estoublon’s leading rosé brand, Roseblood, which continues to go from strength to strength, finding itself on the finest tables and iconic on-trade venues in France, the UK, Turkey, the USA, Japan and Singapore to name a few. Roseblood shines a new light on rosé from the Provence region, deeply rooted in centuries-old Château d’Estoublon (1489), internationally praised for its multi-awarded, luxury olive oils as well as premium red and white wines. Roseblood takes the customer on a journey through Château d’Estoublon’s garden of Eden, tucked away in Provence’s wild countryside, distinctive from the usual French Riviera rosé representing the “Chic à la française”.

Château d’Estoublon is a stunning eighteenth century palace surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Founded in 1489, it covers an area of 300 hectares with 13 hectares planted to vines and 120 hectares planted with olive trees. Farmed entirely organically and sustainably it sets out to cultivate excellence at every step. It is owned by three French families who are actively shaping its destiny: the Courbit Family of Airelles luxury hotels and the Prats Family of Bordeaux alongside power couple Carla Bruni and Nicolas Sarkozy.

Victor Joyeux, is Estoublon’s highly experienced and passionate winemaker with strong experience around the world as former winemaker of the New Zealand LVMH estate Cloudy Bay. Proving its quality credentials Château d’Estoublon’s olive oils are one of only a handful of brands to be a member of the Comité Colbert, France’s most exclusive private club. With only 93 members the Comité Colbert embodies the very essence of French luxury and savoir-faire.

Roseblood is the iconic rosé by Estoublon. Embodying a playful and bold spirit it celebrates nature and the energy that flows from the Garden of Eden that is Estoublon. Tension, vitality and floral tones define Roseblood, a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, making it the perfect choice for today’s discerning consumer. Roseblood White is a lively, citrusy white wine with precise tension and lasting freshness made from Rolle, Grenache Blanc and Sémillon. An upper tier – 1489 – consisting of an elegantly oaked rosé and a richer, more complex oaked white complete the range. Already listed exclusively in over 85 leading venues across France and with launches into the US, UK and Emirates in 2023, Roseblood is set to take APAC markets by storm in 2024.

Nimbility will also be supporting Estoublon to find the best partners around the region to import and distribute their luxury, best-in-class Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Using five different varieties of olive to produce singular expressions and flavoured olive oils as well as a Huile d’Olive de la Vallée des Baux-de-Provence AOP created from a blend of all five varieties, Estoublon cultivates excellence throughout the production process from the selection, through harvest to extraction, storage and bottling. In 2023 alone their olive oils received 16 Golden Awards in international olive oil competitions around the world from New York to Dubai, London to Tokyo. Their stunning, eye-catching packaging, reminiscent more of the high-end perfume industry than olive oil, makes these oils perfect for gifting, while the range of bottle sizes creates an option for any dining occasion.
